Sole di Napoli Rosso, the Italian flour series is the perfect mix of northern hard-working attitude and southern lightness. After all, Molino di Pordenone flour mill opened more than 90 years ago in the northern region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and is operated by the third generation of Dzuzzi family. Brothers Marco and Valentino are managing the business with inherent Italian passion, carefully monitoring the grain quality and applying innovations into production.

Sole di Napoli Rosso flour is being created specifically for a dough with a long-term growth and the minimum yeast addition. This is what provides the Neapolitan pizza with a lush crispy crust, and all its fans get lightness after each slice.

  • Fresh tomato sauce

Our pizza sauce is made of mushed peeled Pomodori Perini tomatoes imported directly from Italy.

  • Mozzarella

Mozzarella is a traditional part of the Italian pizza. This young cheese is produced in the region of Campania. For our pizza we use authentic mozzarella only.
