New Menu Kicks into Action

Summer is coming, and we at il Molino are pleased to announce the launching of a new seasonal menu.

Here is what we have in store for you: a made dish called Antipasti; a salad consisting of mixed salad leaves and strips of turkey breast fried in a sweet sauce; a light sea bass salad dressed with the olive, sesame and chili sauce; and a chilled tomato soup with capers and baby mozzarella – one if not the best choice for a hot summer’s day. Homemade pasta noodles with prawns and beef ravioli are sure to impress connoisseurs of the finest Italian cuisine who will take joy in every single mouthful. And pizza lovers can treat themselves to Siciliano and Tenerezza – freshly baked pizzas with a smoky crust, both distinguished by a unique combo of flavors.

For dessert, you can choose between Ricotta E Pere – a delicate dessert made from ricotta and pear in a caramel sauce – and a pistachio lava cake; or even better, have them both.

In short, they are all absolutely cracking dishes! So, try them out for yourself; you will be so pleased!
