Greeting Spring with a New Menu

Spring is the time of year associated with freshness, renewal, feeling light and free from winter's clutches, and looking forward to new adventures, fun, and…gastronomic delights.

Sparked by spring’s arrival, our new menu kicks off with a green and carrot salad (with a choice of baked turkey breast or tofu), followed next by a red cabbage cream soup, served with coconut cream. Pasta lovers will be delighted by the taste of multi-bean ravioli with air-dried tomatoes, and a hearty tagliatelle with baked turkey breast, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Two new entries are available for a main course: risotto with seafood under a cream sauce, and dorado baked in a marinade and dressed with a basil sauce.

And if you a pizza lover, there will be no need to feel left out. Sylvia, one of our two new offerings, is a delicious entry: topped with Parma ham, air-dried tomatoes, ricotta and basil, your taste buds will be in heaven. And Vegana con Tofu is a great vegan pizza, topped with tofu, beans and eggplants.

And make sure to leave room for dessert: we’ll offer you a Neapolitan rum baba under a mint sauce, and a special recipe baked apple.
