Summer Is About to Arrive
And what better way to anticipate it than by sampling a selection of exquisite dishes from the new summer menu.
Some of the highlights include: a delicate beef tartare with a quail egg under a soy and sesame sauce; a light salad of baby mozzarella balls and canned artichokes; and a turkey and strawberry salad. (The latter will leave you replete if you feel hungry.)
The cold tomato soup is refreshing and perfect for hot summer days. And if you are into pasta, we’ll offer you tagliatelle with rabbit meat, and Nero with seafood.
Fish lovers will also be well catered for by our new dish – the bass under mint and basil oil.
And those passionate about authentic Italian pizza will be treated to Bresaola, topped with mozzarella and air-dried beef; as well as Flamberia – topped with pancetta, and apple slices dipped in honey. Try both, they are well worth tasting.
And how about washing your dinner down with an assortment of gelatos (true dessert connoisseurs will be particularly impressed), a strawberry sorbet under a mint sauce, or an exquisite pistachio tiramisu!
